Our courses cover every aspect of efficient pool and spa pool operation, hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring staff are equipped to meet the highest legal and regulatory standards.Spectrum Leisure Training delivers Active IQ accredited courses by the Institute of Sport and Recreational Management (ISRM) including the National Pool Plant Operators Certificate Part 1 and the National Pool Plant Operators Certificate Part 2, which is recognised as the industry standard training courses for swimming pool operators. These courses are specifically designed for public swimming pools and leisure centres. In addition Spectrum Leisure Training also offers training courses for smaller pools including schools, health clubs and hotels National Pool Carers Certificate and the essential National Spa Pool Operators Certificate
Spectrum Leisure Training delivers only recognised and accredited courses that provide the essential underpinning knowledge to provide your staff with the operational and management training they need to deliver the high standards your customers demand.
Spectrum Leisure Training can offer the alternative STA Pool and Spa Plant Operators course. This course is designed for facility operators to meet their statuary requirements under health and safety legislation. The STA Pool and Spa Plant Operators course is accredited at NVQ level 2.
For leisure centre duty managers we deliver the ISRM Supervisory Management Certificate and for leisure assistants we deliver the Sports and Leisure Operators Certificate. Our courses are delivered by ISRM and STA certified trainers and are available at venues throughout the UK. See course calendar for more details.
